Blake Jones, The Organizing Boss®

Blake Jones, Certified Professional Organizer®, created The Organizing Boss® to help people reduce stress and bring organization to their lives—to make their spaces work better for them!

The Organizing Boss works with those who are disorganized by various chapters of life: moving or downsizing, having a child, getting married, or starting a new job or career—just to name a few.

Blake always had a knack for organization. He was the kid who loved to organize a LEGO® collection by size and by color, the one who couldn’t—and still can’t—stand to see disorganized, unsecured cords beneath the TV, and the one who nerded out—and, again, still does!—when everything was in its place and looked good.

With a professional background in roles that required strong attention to detail and the ability to follow timelines and stay organized, Blake combines experience and innate and acquired skills to help folks get and stay organized.

Darrell Gardner, Lead Designer

Darrell loves design, architecture, and art. Working with and leading designers excites him, because the process of creation is ever-changing and you never know where an idea might take you. He’s excited to help clients realize their design dreams, whatever they may be.

With a career that spans furniture design, manufacturing, and interior environments, Darrell has had the opportunity to create innovative products, travel globally working with artists and craftsman, and design beautiful homes, hotels, work spaces and showrooms.


Don’t judge: life is full of ups, downs, and natural shifts between the two. We’ve all “been there,” so empathy and understanding is key.

Treat people fairly: the Golden Rule definitely applies.

Work hard: one of Blake’s top 5 strengths is responsibility, so we’ll always strive to deliver great work and ensure that clients are satisfied.

Be transparent: we’ll work together at the beginning to ensure all fees and expenses are clear and well understood, so you won’t see any surprise charges on the final invoice.

Be fun: the process of organizing can be intense, so it helps to bring some humor and levity to our projects—and jokes, lots of “dad” jokes.
