Clients often say, “I bet your home is perfectly organized and decluttered!” The truth is that it’s not, but I have systems in place to easily tidy. That answer sometimes surprises folks, so I’m shedding some light on this and other questions I hear frequently.

As I look back on the first year of The Organizing Boss, I want to share three things I’ve learned about organizing, about life, and about engaging your community.
